Hair Dilemma!

Ok, we are having a debate over here at LeGrand's. Kim Kardashian. Gorgeous, flawless, great skin, great hair...greater hair now. (Top Image courtesy of Getty)
Well I think so (I, being Lydia). Lauren, thinks that she looked better with her natural black hair. It is a toss up since she is absolutley drop-dead beautiful anyway she does her hair.
But what do you think?? Reply back with your thoughts!

Meteor Shower last night?

Did anyone happen to see the Meteor Shower last night? Or early this morning? Where we live, it was too overcast to see anything, but we would love to see some shared pictures if anyone has them? What was it like, and how long did it last? We always love to hear about things interesting things that go on around the area and the country, especially if we weren't able to participate! We do love being involved in it all!

Sunset Entertainment

Tuesdays are for Jazz Lovers.

Well, they are now.

Every Tuesday night we have the terrific jazz trio, The Arlin Strader Trio playing on our back deck from 7:30pm-10pm. They have an extensive set up with a huge xylophone, giant stand up bass, and full drum set. The trio has been playing all over the area for years and has quite a great following! People come from as far as Calabash, NC to see him here on our large lakefront deck at sunset. It's a really great setting with the cool night breeze and upbeat music to compliment your dinner and drinks.
No need to dress up for this Jazz Night! Slip on your favorite flip flops and khaki shorts, and head on down to LeGrand's Alaskan Prime Seafood & Steaks for casual, yet impressive Jazz entertainment!

Alaskan Seafood at its Finest!

Did you know the Ketichkan, Alaska is known as the Salmon Capital of the World?

"Why should you know that?" you ask.

Because, that is where all of our fish (hailbut and salmon) are flown in from every 48 hours. In fact our owner, Ron LeGrand, has a fishing lodge there called The Salmon Falls Resort! That is where he got the great idea to ship the freshest fish straight into our Chef's hands.

But you don't have to go all the way to Alaska to get the freshest fish--- you can just come over to Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach, SC and visit us at LeGrand's Prime Alaskan Seafood & Steaks and taste the treasures of the bountiful sea.

We can prepare your Salmon or Halibut Wood-Fired, Blackened or Pan Seared. I personally recomend the Wood-Fired Halibut because of the smoky char that doesn't overpower the delicate white flesh of this delicious fish. But enough talk, you have to come on down and see for yourself!

Lesson of the Day

Q: Why does Wild, Line Caught make such a difference with fish?
A: Wild, Line Caught means that it was caught without nets and not pumped with chemicals. That in itself sounds better already, doesn't it? All of our fish here at LeGrand's Prime Alaskan Seafood & Steaks is Wild, Line Caught and flown in every 48 hours from Alaska. No joke! We have fishermen in Alaska out there in their boats fishing strictly for us, then we have it flown in. Talk about jet-setters! So, if you like salmon or halibut then you will absolutley love our fish! www.legrandsprime.com
